CVS-Bulgaria is organizing info and working meetings in different Bulgarian towns as part of the nationwide information campaign on European Voluntary Service (EVS).

The info meetings are aimed at students at schools and universities and young people, who are interested in the possibilities of volunteering in a foreign country. Hosts of these meetings are universities, schools, local NGOs and other youth organizations.

The aim of the working meetings is to gather the NGOs who wish to host or send an EVS volunteer. These meetings are led by specially trained EVS consultants who are there to explain the steps to undergo to host a project and are open to any questions that may occur.

There is also a 3D traveling exhibition devoted to the volunteering. It’s arranged by ex-EVS volunteers, who are also the multipliers of the EVS and volunteering ideas among their friends, relatives and colleagues. The exhibition includes photos, items and good memories of volunteer projects in Bulgaria and abroad. Some of the main objects are a pot with delicious recipes to take home with you; a backpack full of important things for the volunteer’s survival J; a volunteer’s house and others.
