The South East European Youth Network (SEEYN) is a network organization involving 14 member NGOs from 8 countries from the Balkan Countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria). The network was created in 2000 with the coordinating help of Danish partners.

SEEYN works to create a stable region with developed mutual understanding without prejudices among young people through their mobility, co-operation, and active role in society. The network aims to promote pro-social values, youth employability, peace and understanding through volunteer activities and exchange programmes, supporting youth initiatives, advocacy and capacity building.

Some of the SEEYN activities are organizing workcamps and youth exchanges for participants from the Balkans. We also organize leader trainings, volunteer management and other. Important part of the SEEYN initiatives is the promotion of the Local Voluntary Service in the members’ countries.
